Octane Auto uses the details you submit to respond to enquiries and review financing requests. For questions, access, corrections, withdrawal of consent or retention requests, call 647-879-5301.

Financing applications

The application collects contact, address, employment, income and identity information. SMS verification confirms the phone number you provide. A driver’s licence upload is optional. Review the authorization in the application before submitting. Submitting is not a guarantee of approval or an offer of credit.

Temporary application progress and address search

Unfinished answers are automatically saved in this browser tab, with a resume window of 30 minutes after your last change. This can include the contact, address, birth-date, employment and income answers you entered. On a shared device, clear saved progress before leaving. Clearing progress also stops saving for that visit. Drafts are not submitted to the dealership; expired drafts are discarded when the form checks them. Browser session storage normally ends when the tab is closed, although browser session recovery can retain it. Verification codes, consent selections, documents and upload credentials are never saved in a draft.

Address search sends the text you type to Google Maps to suggest Canadian addresses. You can enter your address manually instead. Google’s Privacy Policy applies.

Private storage and dealership follow-up

Applications and uploaded documents are stored in the existing private Octane application system for authorized dealership review. Google Cloud provides hosting and storage; Twilio provides SMS verification. Contact details, any selected vehicle and an application reference are sent to the dealership’s Ggloud-Leads intake and dealership notification email. Birth dates, income, employment answers and licence documents are not included in those lead notifications.

Website analytics and advertising

The financing form does not opt you into promotional offers. Saved vehicles are stored in your browser. Configured analytics and advertising tags run on this website to measure visits and advertising results. Financial answers and uploaded documents are not sent to advertising platforms.

Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
